What have you been up to during isolation? Brenda is used to being out and about, going to work and programs, and running errands. During isolation, she had to change her routine. Participating in zoom events with friends, planting vegetables, painting, ; making gift bags for People’s First; these are just a few of the things that Brenda has been doing to occupy her time. Rygiel’s zoom sessions have allowed Brenda to practice her cooking and baking from home, and virtually participate in activities she was unable to fit into her schedule before. January is National Hobby Month; the perfect time of year to pick up a new hobby or get back into an old one that you haven't thought about in a while.
