Interior work completed at a property that was finished this week Over 7 washrooms/powder rooms/Showers that needed some TLC & we were there to reach the clients goals. They wanted Colours matched & the drywall edges cleaned up. It came out clean, they loved it & we’re on to the next

Brampton project completed this past week Looking to fix a leak in the back turned out to be a repetitive problem throughout the house. Brampton project across the street from my old high school (Leger Lancer) I went with Charcoal to match the windows & some black for the aluminum siding to brick joints. It came out nice & clean (refer to the last pictures) Some interior work is left so be on the look out for that later this week On to the next

This client was walking by about 3 weeks ago while I was getting another clients house done & wanted the same for her home. So here we have the completed project we stripped everything, got some new caulking on there & painted the lintels. Her & her husband loved it, so we’re gone to the next

Froze my ass off out in Woodbridge today! Referenced by an old client, this man was looking to get all the windows redone in black (even tho they’re white) & get some of the seal joints caulked as well. They loved it so we’re on to the next.

First real chilly day out in Brampton This lady has been waiting for weeks but we finally got it done. I had to strip the windows and recaulk them. I decided to throw in some lintel painting & she loved it. The next photo: One of the jobs we completed a couple years ago. Still amazing & all the caulkings intact

Back to the same neighborhood as last week Getting that pre-winter coverage by removing the old stuff & in with the new caulking. Finished off by getting those rusty lintels sanded & repainted. Homeowners loved it & recommended their friend I love what I do!

Finished caulking this beautiful home out in Holland Landing today.This friendly couple needed to get the windows/doors, the stucco to brick joint (stucco by the pros @maxconstucco ) and stone joints in the front of the home. It came out great & we’re on to the next
