? I'll give you a hint... It's not eating bland chicken breast for life ... It's not giving up your much deserved evening And it's definitely not trying another crash diet All it takes is a long term plan! More importantly, a nutrition program that's tailored to your lifestyle and your goals. - See over the years I've coached women to help them look and feel their best. - And the one thing that holds everyone back is this: not having a custom plan that works with them. - Not a cookie cutter program that you're forced to follow. - Because let's be honest, none of that stuff works -. - Without changing the way that we view food and doing it in a way that we can easily improve, we will always . - It's just human nature. - Instead of trying to force yourself to eat boring foods or do workouts you can't stand, start doing the things you enjoy that are aligned with your goals! - This is the first area we focus on when a client comes to me. It’s what I call The Big 3. - Most of the time, just implementing this first has gotten clients who’d been stuck for 6 months or more the momentum they needed to be able to continue on a longer term vision. - I want to show you how to become your best self without giving up the things you love. - Comment Long term plan in the comments and I’ll get it to ya

Exercising daily has always been my sanity. I’ve also maintained a healthy diet while not depriving myself . I have made a significant change to my workout reg...iment over the last year by changing the timing of it. Every morning before work, I put myself first. This has brought a me higher levels of energy to tackle my professional and personal goals each day. Although I cannot control a the unpredictable curveballs each days throws my way, I control my ME time by prioritizing it first thing vs waiting until the end of a work day to do so. Jessica La Barbera what is the health habit you’re striving to maintain? See more

Motivation is overrated. Don’t trust motivation. Motivation is good if it’s there, but it shouldn’t be the foundations of the habits you create. Why? Because ovation isn’t always there, and when it’s gone, you also lose the habits that you build on top of it. ... If we want to direct our lives, we have to take control of our consistent actions. It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently. What do successful people all have in common? They have successful habits. And no matter how undisciplined we might feel, we are all 100% disciplined all the time. Disciplined to our existing set of habits. We all perform perfectly to our most established habits. Our brains like to get real good at doing what’s familiar. Do something every day? Your brain will find a way to perfect it. Even if that means perfecting a habit that goes directly against your goals. So what habits are you going to choose to be perfect at? Curious about learning a bit more about habit creation? Today is your LAST day to sign up for my Free 7-Day Healthy Habits Challenge, starting TOMORROW! This is your opportunity to commit to a set of habits that will get you closer to your goals, instead of drive you further away. Head to the link in my bio to save your spot! See you in there

It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change, said everyone ...before starting a diet. . It’s not a lifestyle change, it’s a stress creator working to harm both your mental and physical health. .... Keto, weight watchers, Noom, IF, paleo, calorie counting, SW I could go on for pages but they’re all the same. . I never thought I was dieting. Sure, I was tracking my calories in MyFitnessPal and severely limiting carbs to stay on track to lose 2lbs/ week, but I wasn’t on a diet. . LOL . If your eating style is something that you need or feel you deserve a break from for special occasions (holidays, vacations, weekends, cheat days), you are fooling to yourself if you think this is a new lifestyle. . People don’t want to be on because it’s not cool anymore. So, diets like Weight Watchers or Keto will rebrand themselves as WW or Keto lifestyle to prey on vulnerable people. . To add to the shi*tstorm that is dieting, diet culture will shape-shift to stay relevant, when in reality, it’s just another iteration of the same thing. A wasted investment. A life thief. A way to get you to spend money on yet another temporary fix. . The dangerous it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle quip is basically another way of saying I’m too uncomfortable to call this a diet because I know diets are miserable and unsustainable. This is different. This will totally work long-term and improve my health and make me happy and loved and accepted. *Nervous smile* . I don’t know about you, but I don’t want my lifestyle to look like counting anything (newsflash : your body does not operate on a point’s system). I don’t want my lifestyle to exclude carbs (ya know, our body’s primary and preferred source of energy). I don’t want my it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle to result in weight cycling, decreased metabolic rate, higher triglycerides, fearing social gatherings and internalized fatphobia. . You don’t need to fear or fight your body. This type of militant vigilance interferes with our body’s innate ability to regulate our weight and invariably leads to poorer health, not to mention how it pollutes our brain space. . If you are tired of being at war with your body and ready to make peace with food, check out this link to see the different resources I offer : www.sabrinamagnan.com/coaching . And for heaven’s sake, stop dieting.
