This Friday Starting October 14 running from 7-8pm SACA kickboxing and Muay Thai will be offering on Friday nights a woman's only kickboxing and conditioning class, for all ages. The class will be run by Tanya Whitaker, who has been with Saca for 5 years. Classes will be $30 a month or a punch card for 4 visits at $40.
