In the fall I switch up my protein shakes for an overnight oat mix with protein powder. I absolutely love the super easy premade option called" Holos" which is basically premade overnight oats in protein powder in different flavour packs. You just add your favorite almond or coconut mil, and mix it up it in the jar they provide and put it in the fridge overnight. Awesome! ...
