ELITE WINTER BASEBALL CAMP Contact Reg Bone 902-223-4237 or [email protected]. Registration will be at the Warehouse on Sept. 30 6:30 - 8:30pm, Oct 1 6:30 - 8:30pm and Oct. 3 4:30 - 8:30pm. Sessions will be held at the Warehouse starting Oct. 14, 2020 and running to April 29, 2021. One group for 9U, 11U and 13U will be Wednesday 6:30 - 8:30pm and Saturday 4:30 - 6:30pm. ... Another group for 15U and 18U will be Thursday 8-10pm and Saturday 6:30 - 8:30pm. Twenty spots are available for each group. The cost will be $650 for the full session to be payed in 3 nonrefundable payments. The first payment of $250 is due when you register. $200 is due on November 28 and the last payment of $200 is due on January 30. This program will work on sharpening baseball skills, developing new skills and sport specific skills such as pitching, fielding and hitting; also the mental aspects of the game such as offensive hitting, baserunning and reading the play and defensively the pitcher's role and where and what each player must do to make a good defensive team. The Arm Care and Core Strength Program will be used. This program is about the proper care and training of athletes in their development in learning how to hit/throw the ball, run the bases and play in the field. It was announced today that baseball can return to competition! While this is very positive, Baseball Nova Scotia still needs to complete a review with Sport Nova Scotia and CCH prior to officially moving to Phase 2. These discussions will occur early next week, and BNS will do everything possible to expedite this process. Our associations will start working on schedules and posting them on our website. Times will be set up through coaches for the Sackville teams to get their uniforms.

Everyone registered for our house league this year will be receiving a phone call from their coach at some point within the next week to let them know when their first practice will take place. Only one person per player is permitted to attend practices/games. Coaches, assistant coaches, etc. are considered that players person.

BNSUD Return to Umpiring Update June 19th The BNSUD RTU Training Committee met on Monday, June 15th and as a committee, we decided to start our registration process for the anticipated start of a 2020 season. If there is to be a 2020 season, there will be major changes required.
