Self care tip Thursday! Check yo self! Let’s be honest, most times it’s US that’s the problem and it’s our own self getting in the way of us moving forward. Now that can be a hard pill to swallow! Way easier to blame someone else for our shitty attitude and behaviour then it is to admit it’s us. Am I right?! ... The wounded parts and the negative view in which we see ourselves can and is easily triggered and offended. So check yourself! Be self aware. Notice what’s triggered you and ask yourself why. Become accountable to yourself. It’s hard to move forward if you can’t admit what’s holding you back. Later friends
