Happy New Year everyone! 2020 has been, in my opinion, a year of revelations into who and what we are...as a collective but more so internally. Who and what we are inside reflects out into the world. Feeling this and seeing outside the box, I have been intuitively guided to take a 3 month break from my practice, which started in December, to pursue my own spiritual growth from all the releasing that has been happening in me in 2020. I will most probably be back the 1st week... of March! Until then, I will only be taking "emergencies". I realize to help others, my growth has to happen first. I wish you all an amazing 2 months ahead...please consider this time as being a self empowering time to take ownership of your life, your story, your emotions....and act upon doing SOMETHING to change what no longer is working for you! This is the theme of my sessions lately. I thought I would share. Accepting not just the good of you inside but ALL aspects of you is what will bring you to a deeper understanding of self. Peace out!

We are in a period of ascension...what does that mean? I thought I would touch on this to maybe clarify what this means... Ascension is not rising above anyone or being above average in anything...It is simply a process of rising into your own frequency within your own heart BY REMEMBERING WHO YOU TRULY ARE! Embrace your own process of releasing who you were told who you are or thought of yourself to be and rejoice in the truth of who you have been all along...but forgot along the way. Peace out!

A grateful heart attracts abundance on all aspects of life. Give thanks to all the lessons that allow tremendous growth and you will thrive in life that you are co-creating with the universe. Peace out!

Opening the Heart Chakra...quick an simple. The arms are an extension of the heart and connection to shoulders and throat[neck}. To help release tension in neck, shoulders and chest Simply BREATHE! Extend your arms out on both sides, take a slow deep breath in as you move your arms back and open the chest out and look up at the sky. As you slowly breathe out, bring your arms gently towards the front as you curl inward stretching your the upper back until your hands touch toge...ther at the front... and repeat! Doing this in a gentle fluid motion in and out will help the throat(neck), upper back, shoulders chest, and heart release and open wide! The breath will help you drop in the body and be centered. Doing this morning and night will help bring down the anxiety as well! See more

Here is the first of my series of posts to help open the chakras with body discomforts. Today let's talk about the throat Chakra and neck pain. A quick and easy practice is to stretch in the shower! Try taking a few extra minutes to stretch your neck while in the shower. Allow the warm water to flow on your neck as you gently stretch your head back and front...taking deep long breaths as you stretch. Then stretch gently side to side...again breathing deeply and slowly.... Then try gentle neck rotations, paying attention to the tight areas and staying in that stretch until it release and keep going. Allow to explore different positions that will help alleviate the muscles tension on all sides, especially the front of the neck and sides while the warmth of the water flowing on your neck helps to soothe and relax. Thought I would share what I'm going through to maybe help others who are going through something similar... I have been really struggling with self worth and wanting to just throw in the towel with my work. I now realise how powerful these eclipses are on rebuilding our structure towards self empowerment. As we approach the last of these 3 eclipses in a 4 week period, I see how we are being presented with the self negating patterning we have to help us change and push through to see our own light...hence the darkest is before the dawn!!
