Our ancestors did plenty of walking to find food and migrate, so it's no surprise that walking continues to be one of the best anti-aging activities ...around. Get out in the sun, lower your stress levels, and increase your longevity! https://www.goodnewsnetwork.org/walking-can-add-years-to-y/
