We are excited to announce another Soundings session with Zach Sukuweh. Please join Zach for an interactive warm up to open and align, followed by a group sound vibrational session in which Zach plays various didjeridus over each participants full body. In this receptive state, deep relaxation can occur and the body is able to heal. Thanks to every body who came out in the wintery evening to dance with us. We loved meeting Guelph and surrounding area’s local movers and shakers, which included folks from Kitchener, Hamilton, and Toronto. Also, such an honour to welcome some new people into the 5Rhythms. It was a special first night of Medicine Dance @ 42 Quebec St. Studio. I’m always amazed at how the dance, how the rhythms transform and bring so much joy. The sound in the space was rich and groovy and ...we left it all on the dance floor. So grateful for the creative space to be our wild and wonder full selves. A special thanks to Nick Fooks , our neighbor and crew, who helped pack up at the end of the night. Hope to see you on the dance floor Saturday, March 7! Keep a look out for regular practice sessions every other Tuesday night starting in our home village of Eden Mills, later this month.
