Let’s talk about grounding and some activities that will bring us feelings of grounded warmth and love .. Cooking our own food is one of the simplest acts we can take to better over all health. We don’t live in a society that glamorizing the sacred act of stewing over a warm hearth like our grandmothers did .. ( hey have notice the word hearth has the word heart in it!!! ) There’s your clue .. food love health .. it’s all interconnected - when we disconnect from that we become sick, stressed and imbalanced.. the best medicine is still so so simple.
