Self-leveled low spots then installed brand new Sub-Floor for the Flooring. Would hate to see the rolls under the baseboard in this gem of a home. Nearing completion of this whole house Renovation / Addition.

Another project on the go. Just finished Framing Inspection. Ready for insulation. Owners should be in their new home by end of May 2020.

Removed old Carpet, put down a new Sub Floor then Quality Vinyl Plank. New Paint and Interior Doors throughout.

New Entry Door and Hardware Painted Matte Black. Properly Insulated.

Removed all the walls in Main Living area. New Stair Railings.

Removed Drywall, Mirror and Stone and Refaced with an Italian Marble Tile to create a more Modern Feel.

New Frosted Passage door for Laundry room. Fantastic job on the Railings. New Carpet on Stair Treads and Vinyl Plank on Risers.
