To Our Valued Clients of Sage Creek Animal Hospital, With regards to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to know that we will remain open. We are taking every precaution necessary to protect our staff, our clients, and everyone in our community from the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are maintaining our services here at Sage Creek Animal Hospital at this time. The following are changes that are being implemented in the clinic to help protect our staff, our clients a...nd everyone else around us: 1) Please do not come into the clinic if you are feeling ill with cold or flu like symptoms, have been around someone who is showing similar symptoms or have traveled out of the country in the past 14 days. If you are not feeling well but your pet needs medical attention, please call the clinic at 204-255-1150 and we will assist you as best we can. 2) If you need to pickup prescriptions, pet food or any other supplies, we ask that you make your payment over the phone by VISA, Mastercard or AMEX. If you need to use your Debit card, we will be able to bring a terminal outside to your vehicle for payment. Please stay in your vehicle, call the clinic at 204-255-1150 when you arrive in the parking lot and we will bring your purchase and receipt out to your vehicle for you. We also ask that you call ahead to pre-order any food and prescriptions so that we can make sure that we have everything you need in stock. 3) For normal scheduled appointments, such as wellness exams and vaccinations, please stay in your vehicle and call the clinic when you arrive at 204-255-1150. We will let you know when/if you need to come into the clinic. Our goal is to implement social distancing and keep the number of people in the reception area as low as possible. We are doing our best at staying on top of the latest developments being released and sanitizing the clinic regularly to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. If you have any questions or concerns, give us a call at 204-255-1150 and we will answer to the best of our ability.
