Première commande depuis la pandémie. Ça fait du bien de se remettre aux fourneaux ! Cupcakes vanille/caramel maison et vanille/framboise, avec un glaçage meringue italienne au beurre.

Du tousqui pour mes chers résidents Alzheimer’s. Crème glacée vanille framboise et fraise avec des roulés suisses ou des beignets :) . Pas mal plus attrayant! #PAB

First try at a jiggly Japanese cheesecake. It was delicious! So light and fluffy, with a touch of cream cheese.

Vanille sundae with Swiss rolls and strawberry jam, or yogourt with waffle cookies, and cranberry-orange juice cocktail (alcohol free of course)

Can’t bake for you guys during the pandemic but I try to make the best snack time for my Alzheimer’s patients with the food we have at my centre. What do you think?
