We have heard from our parent Club Skate NB. Due to the fact we have moved into the Orange Phase, we are unable to offer PreCanskate at this time. Once we are back in the Yellow Phase please check back with us for PreCanskate sessions. CanSkate is still ongoing at this time. Thank you.

Regarding Registration We have had a lot of interest in our Pre-Canskate Program. Unfortunately we are unable to offer it this fall. We may be able to offer in January if Covid Restrictions lift. In the mean time here is some information in helping you determine if your child is ready for CanSkate.... For those who wish to enrol in Canskate for the upcoming year, typically ages 5 and up, due to our Skate Canada regulations whereby physical contact between coaches and skaters is prohibited at this time, it is necessary that skaters in this program are able to do the following: 1. Stand alone and able to move forward unassisted 2. Should a skater fall, they are able to return to standing unassisted 3. Follow coaching instructions 4. Complete the lesson within their grouping 5. Stay with their group and do not wonder. If these apply to your child we would love to have you join our club. I also must mention that due to Covid restrictions we will have to limit the number of skaters on the ice. We should have more registration information posted next week on our website www.sjsc.ca and facebook page. Thank you for your interest. Regards Happy Skating :)
