Apparently in May 2019 the Trump Administration lowered the poverty line in America, thus reducing the number of people "living in poverty". IMO the plan is for the US to suppress the actual numbers of deaths and infections so that when the Democratic President is elected and reveals the true numbers DJT can yell about how the Dems made it worse. Then maybe he'll run for election aggain in 2024.

IMO the plan is this: Get the two political parties fighting each other, doing all kinds of dirty tricks and insults. Have no one trust anybody. Have the Republicans get so frustrated that they reach out for help from outside countries who offer money with no strings attached. Then they offer services. Then they purchase businesses. Then they influence actions internally using the businesses as leverage. And then we have accomplished a bloodless takeover by outside agents.
