roasted Mushroom : a very tasty mushroom is the one roasted in the oven with olive oil and salt , pepper and herbs . ingredients :... fresh mushroom thyme leaves olive oil salt pepper instructions : very simple recipe. marinate the fresh mushroom with olive oil , salt , peper and dried thyme leaves. preheat the oven at 180 degree c. in a tray arrange the marinated mushroom . roast it in the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes . serve it hot or cold as you like . i love it as a cold starter . enjoy !!!!!!!!
