Are we, Canadians, racists? Is Canada a racist country? Well, this is what our blackface Liberal prime minister, his cabinet members, and his Liberal caucus say who we are, as they recently knelt in solidarity with those attending Black Lives Matter rally in Ottawa.... This is a prime minister who preaches that Canada has no core identity, that Canada is a post-modern state (whatever that means in his clueless head), that diversity is our strength. And then he turns around and berates that whereas diversity is our strength, there is one segment in this diversity crowd who stands apart for being racist. In other words, according to this blackface wearing prime minister, racists are those Canadians whose diversity may not, or cannot, be celebrated, since these Canadians and their ancestors who built Canada and invested their culture into the making of Canada as one of the most desired countries to emigrate to by all of the other diverse people of diverse cultures from around the world are racists, for racism in this narrative is a feature of the white people. Rex Murphy in his National Post column took issue with this suggestion pushed by Liberals that Canadians, white Canadians of European ancestry, are racists. Similarly, Stockwell Day, former leader of the Canadian Alliance and former Treasurer in Alberta, in a panel discussion on the CBC on this matter pushed back on the suggestion that racism persists in Canada. Both were roundly excoriated by the multicultural crowd, and Mr. Day subsequently resigned from the board of Telus and the law firm McMillan LLP for unapologetically stating that most Canadians are not racists. Robert Vaughan of the Just Right Media wanted to know from me what I thought about Canadians being racists. It is resoundingly no, in my view. But I also know that the Liberals and the people on the left who have made a living out of virtue-signalling, whose capacity to indulge in self-abasement has no limits, will continue to hector most Canadians to engage in self-flagellating as penance for their sins of racism. In this upside down world of Liberal-left virtue-signalling, the more cringing is their self-abasement the more justification they seem to acquire in berating others unwilling to concede to them and legitimize their rank hypocrisy. Below is the video-taped youtube version of a townhall meeting done over zoom arranged chat room. The townhall for Q & A was called Saturday, May 30, by Ram Subrahmanian, the primary organizer of the "Canadian Call for Legal Action against Charter Violation". This is a grassroot movement started in Mississauga and the Peel Region to launch a Charter case against the City of Missssauga for granting permission to Muslim mosques broadcast their Call to Prayer over loudspeaker in... public. This was done without adequate consultation with the ratepayers and it was an infringement upon the rights of non-Muslims not to be improperly disturbed by unwanted noise whether it be religious or non-religious. This grassroot movement has grown to an impressive number exceeding ten thousand and more joining as the word goes out across the region and the province. The movement has also raised an impressive amount of contributions for launching a Charter case, and more contributions are sought from the public who understand that our politicians unless stopped are out to subvert our secular liberal democracy and the rule of law by privileging one group of people, the Islamists among ordinary Muslims, over others. I was invited to sit in on this first zoom-arranged townhall and share my thoughts and opinions in public with people attending. I understand the organizers will be doing more of such meetings with other invited guests, while they prepare and wait for the lockdown to be over so that people can get together and get involved in what could well be an unprecedented Charter case mounted against a City and municipal authorities.
