She learned how to cook authentic Thai food from her mother and grandmother at a young age. She has developed her own unique and delicious culinary style that results in fantastic curries, stir fries, soups, and appetizers matched by no one. Duean owned and operated her own Thai restaurant in Edmonton for four years. While owning the restaurant she grew her menu to 45 plus items and perfected the recipes to reflect western tastes.
