Good morning to all our amazing clients, Wow , what a beautiful sunshine filled winter day ! A year ago today we were sitting on a beach in the Caribbean filled with just as much sunshine but with hotter temperatures and drinks a bit stronger than the coffee I am sipping this morning !... This morning my house smells of banana bread fresh out of the oven and freshly brewed coffee , comfort food for the winter soul ! I hope you can all find some comfort in the simple things today as we continue to navigate our stay at home lockdown. We appreciate your support and patience as we wait for official word on when we will be allowed to reopen. To all our amazing clients With news of today’s further lockdown measures we are now required to remain closed until February 10th. Once we have a firm reopeni...ng date we will be calling you to reschedule your appointment. We will begin with appointments cancelled first and move forward from there. We miss you and can’t wait to be back doing the job we love On a funny note .... - I bought extra flour and yeast (I’m not sure why ) - I did not buy extra toilet paper ( still have last lockdowns supply ) - I forgot how much I love making homemade soup - I actually did a craft today lol - I have a puzzle ready to be started ( Chelsea did hers all in one day lol) - 3 books I need to read , well 6 actually - we bought a dartboard for some at home fun! - our dog Tangle thinks I got fired from my job (again lol) - and I really need a haircut lol Find a reason to smile everyday , try something new , try something you forgot you loved , and catch up on life !!! However stressful all of this is, I hope you can all find something that makes you laugh and brings you joy everyday. Happy Monday! The Ford goverment has given us the go ahead to reopen our salon ! Please be patient with us as we begin the process of reopening, we have many ne...w regulations we must follow and are happy to do so in order to make our salon safe for you and also safe for us. We will be contacting all of our clients that had appts cancelled and will work forward from there. We are super excited to be back and we have missed you all ! Happy Tuesday friends, clients and community! Quarantine Hair Dont Care! We are all getting a little shaggy and a little rooty ! Grab that ball cap, bandana, or just be your beautiful shaggy, rooty self! ... Even I have resorted to some interesting and somewhat creative hairstyles these days lol. In support of all my beautiful clients I too will sport my rooty, shaggy look until we are able to reopen safely! The important thing is to stay positive, stay safe, keep on smiling, love the ones your with, send virtual love to the ones your not , find something to laugh about everyday ! We miss you all and cant wait to see you!

Happy Friday clients, friends and community ! I watched the sun come up this morning as I sat sipping my coffee and I realized there is so much beauty in the si...mple things. I have always worked in the salon at a job I love and one I cant wait to get back to, however I cant help but think how we rush through life each day busying ourselves with life and all its ups , downs and in-betweens. If there is anything positive about the current covid 19 its that we have all been forced to slow down which is not a bad thing. Standing in lines to buy groceries or like I did yesterday at the garden centre teaches us patience and to appreciate the things we waited so long in line to purchase. The flowers I bought and planted yesterday were beautiful and brought me so much joy, the sunshine and warmer weather make us all feel better. This weekends forecast looks amazing and I hope everyone reading this will get outside, soak up the sun, and take the time to appreciate the little things we are often too busy to see. Fire up the grill, cook some great food, put on your favorite music, and enjoy every moment !
