I am wondering if anyone is interested in joining a walking group? We would meet once a week to walk somewhere within Salmo and discuss our grief journey. This walking group would be for both survivors and caregivers. Open discussions around grief, loss and caregiving in a supportive group of people. Fresh air, exercise, and mindful gratitude will be in abundance! Please reach out if you are interested.

I will be at Salmo Community Services on Friday, June 19th from 10am until 4pm. By appointment only, come and get your Representation Agreement made. You require one Representative and an Alternate for the paperwork. You will need their full name, address and phone number. You also require two witnesses. You will need their names and addresses/phone numbers. They will not be needed at the office meeting, however it is good to have their information typed into the agreement.... There is no need of a notary or a lawyer to have this paperwork done. It is free of charge and it is your right as a British Columbian to have this important document. Appointments will be spaced apart with cleaning done between appointments. You can wear a mask if you prefer, and I will as well.
