To Our Valued Clients There is nothing more important to us than your safety and comfort when you visit our Salon. We have taken measures prior to opening that adhere and surpass what is asked by government regulations. We know you are going to be excited to see each other but for now, no handshakes or hugs... Sorry... We will only allow entrance to clients who have an appointment. No walkins no one enters salon without an appointment. Elderly needing support or assistant are permitted to be accompanied by a caregiver, but caregivers will have to wait outside. Only the guest who has an appointment with one of our beauty providers is permitted into the facility. Friends or extra family members will have to wait outside. All guests are to come with their own mask and gloves or one will be provided for an additional fee. No service will be permitted unless the guest and the service provider have one on. When you enter the business, you will need to sanitize your hands provided inside the door before moving into the beauty providers area. When you leave the business, you will be expected to hand sanitize your hands as well. We missed you. So, we hope you can adapt to our New Normal Thank you for waiting for us, and Thank you for doing your part to flattening the curve so we can do what we love to do. To our Dear Clients, As you have probably heard by now, we anticipate (not 100% yet, depends on phase 1) opening our doors to our lovely customers on Friday May 22, and we can't wait to see you. As you can appreciate, we can't serve everyone on the first day or even days, so please leave a voicemail of your preferred/available times and we will call you back later this week or next week. ... Our association will be following up with Health PEI on the requirements for opening up (number of customers allowed, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) he might have to wear etc... ), so once we hear from our association, we will start booking customers. As we are celebrating a very different social distancing Easter! Salon 12 is certainly missing seeing everyone. Just remember the longer we stay apart the sooner we will be back together.Have a wonderful Easter weekend

Salon 12 has decided to close tomorrow March 18 th we will be closed until further notice as advised by Health Authorities.
