To all of my friends and guests who are teachers or who work in the education system, I am wishing a WONDERFUL day back to work. We already know that this school year will look completely different, but the love and compassion that you have for our children remains the same as always. YOU’VE GOT THIS!!!

The time has arrived!!! Salons have been given the green light, and I will be opening next week. Please be patient with me while I try to reschedule guests from the past 2 months. I will be working in order of those who were first cancelled. If you haven't heard from me by end of next week, please message me. Some house keeping rules:... -A health questionnaire must be filled out before we begin your appointment. If you answer yes to any of the questions, your appointment will be rescheduled for your safety and mine. -Waiting areas are not allowed at this time. Please arrive no sooner than 5 mins prior to your appointment time, and wait in your vehicle or outside until I call you in. I must sanitize the salon between each guest. Arriving late will require me to reschedule your appointment. -Masks and hand washing/sanitizing is mandatory when entering the salon. Please bring your own mask and ensure that it goes around the ears. I will have a few on hand if a guest doesn't have their own. Gloves are not to be worn inside the salon, as I cannot control what they may have come in contact with. I will be sanitizing everything between each guest, for your protection. -At this time I will not be offering coffee, tea or water, or magazines. Feel free to bring your own reading material with you! -Only one person will be permitted in in the salon, per appointment. Unless you are a parent accompanying a child or a caregiver for someone needing assistance. -Finally, a $5 sanitation fee will be added to all services. This will help to cover the added time of cleaning between each guest, and the added product cost. THANK YOU for all your cooperation over the last couple of months. This has not been easy on anyone, but i am SO thrilled to finally welcome you back in my chair!! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

Any quarantine haircuts out there yet?!!? Just a quick update: We still have no word from the government on an opening date, though I expect it will be the first of June. ... Also, while nothing is official for hairstylists, we are hearing some rumours of what type of protocol will be necessary when we do return. Face masks (PPE) will likely be required for both myself and my guests. Service times may be extended due to extra sanitization steps between each guest and service costs may increase due to the added expense of these necessary items. I will be encouraging you all to bring your own items such as books/magazines and maybe your own coffee/tea, as we are unsure if we will be able to provide those extra treats at this time. Again, all of this is just hearsay at the moment. Rest assured that I will update with my new policies and procedures moving forward, as soon as I am notified by my Association and the government. When we get an official date, I will be rescheduling beginning with the first week of guests who had to be cancelled. At this time, I’m not taking any NEW bookings. I am eager to see you all, and can’t wait to have you in my chair again! Jenn
