I have to give a shout out to intact insurance. When I reopened June 13.... I had to throw out over 32 partial bottles due to oxidized (expired) colour. I absorbed that loss and carried on. Yesterday I got this letter as well as a cheque that covered that loss... without putting a claim through!unexpected,,, and greatly appreciated!... I would expect every single hair salon in this area to please please please only do your current clients! Please don’t take walk in clients who are not living in the area!!!!! This is a critical time as all salons in Toronto and area are closed to a lock down beginning Monday. We have to be held responsible as well as accountable right now for the citizens of our town too.
