Reopening will include new procedures to protect you and ourselves during Covid-19. Here are some of our Worksafe standards to minimize risk, and help everyone feel more comfortable: Distancing: -We will now be open 7 days a week, for a new maximum of 4 stylists at a time -Each chair will be 6 feet apart... -Each stylist will work on only 1 client for the duration of their service -Stylists and clients must wear a mask for the duration of their service. (Bring your own, or disposables available for $1) -Plexiglass barriers installed at the shampoo sink and front desk -No common waiting area (Chairs available for elderly and disabled) - Limit of 2 customers in the retail area at a time Cleanliness: - Clients must wash hands upon arrival - Stylists will be frequently washing hands, and wearing gloves when necessary - Hand sanitizer stations throughout salon - Stations and all tools used will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client - POS has "Tap" enabled, and will be sanitized between uses. (Cash still accepted if necessary) - Stylists will be the only people handling retail - Coffee, tea, and magazines will not be available for now - All high-touch areas / items wiped down and disinfected constantly / after each use. -As always, freshly laundered capes and towels on each client Please understand the possibility for longer appointment or wait times as we all adjust to complying by these new rules. We will get through this!
