We can’t wait to see you! We have been patiently waiting for the time where we are allowed to safely reopen. That time seems to be coming soon! (We are very excited but haven’t received the go ahead yet. )... The government announced that they will let us know this Friday, January 22nd. In the meantime we are working on rearranging our teams hours to reduce capacity within our salon to now 25%. We are getting organized and making sure everything is ready to go for our reopening. We want to thank each and every one of you for continuing to support us, and know that your loyalty and patience means everything to us. (We will not be booking any appointments until the government officially announces when we can reopen) As soon as we get the green light to what date we can reopen we will start calling everyone. Anyone who had an appointment that was cancelled starting from November 12 will be contacted first to rebook your hair appointment. Once we have reached out to those, we will contact everyone who have been added to our waiting list. Please note that we will be operating at only 25% for at least a few weeks of reopening, we will do our best to accommodate everyone but are limited. We will also do our best to get through our lists quickly and efficiently. During this pandemic a lot of us are at home more then usual. Why not take this time to show your hair a little extra tlc. Here’s some tips you can do at home f...or your hair while you’re waiting for salons to reopen. . 1. Take a break from hot tools. If you’re just at home and don’t need to style your hair everyday why not give your hair a little break from the heat. 2. Put your hair in a loose ponytail or braid. Sometimes tying your hair too tight in the same spot everyday can cause breakage around the perimeter of your head. Switch up your pony placement or braid it. 3. Use a hair masque During the winter months in Winnipeg the air inside and outside of our homes becomes dry. Using a hair masque a couple times a week is great to hydrate and repair your hair. 4. Try a silk pillowcase Using a silk pillowcase creates less friction causing less damage on the hair. 5. Root spray If you’re like me, my hair grows fast and I have a lot of grey hairs that pop through. Using a root spray will conceal those greys. .
