I am of two minds as I start my work day of what potentially could be the last of the year. I am happy that tough measures are being taken but enraged that we are here in the first place. I am enraged that I am missing out on the most profitable month of the year. I am enraged that I am being ripped off from the generous tips that get me through the following slowest months of the year. I am enraged that I don’t get to wish my lovely clients a Merry Christmas and thank them f...or their loyalty and support. I am enraged that I am unable to spend Christmas with my family...all because of the idiots who couldn’t suck it up and not go to THAT party, hang out at THAT gathering, couldn’t go onto THAT subway or shop in THAT store with a mask. We are here because of you. Hang in there folks. Stay committed to what we need to do. Wear a mask. Stay home. Support the little guys. Shop local. We will get through this, but we need to do this together. See more
