We want to thank everyone who has purchased Salt & Brick Gift Cards in the past week. As stated on the website 50% of the proceeds will go to our Staff Emergency Fund. Just a reminder those Gift Cards are for Dine In Only. Being 100% transparent with our guests, most of which are our friends as well, the purpose of those gift cards is to get much needed income into the hands of our staff while the restaurants are not in operation (Salt & Brick) and in the case of Jack’s op...erating in a curbside pick up/delivery fashion only. The other purpose for those funds is to enable us to cover all the ongoing costs we are still incurring while closed/operating at 10% of our capacity. Unfortunately, rent still must be paid on the 1st, invoices are still coming in and deferring other operating costs down the road will just lead to more problems in the future. If you haven’t purchased yet and would still like to do so we are continuing the Staff Emergency Assistance Program for one more week. We cannot tell you enough how much we appreciate the support of our friends/guests through this difficult time. The livelihoods of many are at risk through no fault of their own it’s a very unique and trying situation for us all. Hopefully those who took advantage of the delivery/curbside pickup will share with others that we are doing that and we can ensure everyone can return to Salt/Jack’s for all their late spring/summer socials and celebrations.
