Who's on board with Caesar Sunday? I love the versatility of a good Caesar. You can use vodka, gin, tequila, mezcal, or simply omit the booze for a delicious dry January option. I like mine spicy and a bit smokey, so I use our Morita + Espresso + Chipotle hot sauce and add candied jalapenos to the garnish.

I love this beautiful jammy cheddar grilled cheese from @alittlesaltblog. The great thing about a grilled cheese sandwich is it can be as basic or extravagant as you like. It can be adapted for gluten-free or vegan by merely swapping the bread or cheese. Just don't leave out the jam, ok? Haha, well, that's just my humble opinion. Almost everything we make goes well with grilled cheese - a few of my favourites are ... Spicy Tomato Onion & Thyme Hot Mango Raspberry Habanero Peach & Pepper Candied Jalapeno relish So do you add jam to your grilled cheese? And if so, what is your favourite?

Inspired by my friend Peggy at @frostbitesfun, here’s a little flashback Friday. It’s good to look back every once in a while and be reminded just how far we’ve come. 1. OG jars, labels, no logo & even a different company name. 2. My very first set up at the Saturday market - Easter 2012. I wasn’t even in the main market but on a path to the washrooms. 3. Candied Jalapeños have been around since almost the very beginning. ... 4. My first kitchen that was my very own. It’s an in-law suite above my garage. Cute but not very practical. All the raw ingredients (fruit, sugar, jars) went up a flight of stairs, and all jam had to come back down a flight of stairs. It was also dangerous hot in the summer. See more
