Attention all #salutefam As of October 31,2015 our Walkerville neighbourhood coffee bar will officially be closing. As you can imagine, the decision has been difficult, however, for the sustainability of the brand, and staying true to our core principals, we need to make a shift. There are no current plans for what the future of our dedicated coffee community will look like, but the mission and goal we set out with will continue to be pursued in some way. ... The extent of thanks for supporting us, our movement towards bringing the community together by means of unique spaces and quality coffee, and friendships made, I seriously cannot express. We've been tremendously humbled from the first moment someone trusted us to a new coffee experience and continue to be each and every time you've made a conscious choice to allow us the same privilege again. We're committed to staying open as long as possible throughout this process so the closing will happen sometime in the week of the 26th-31st. We would be immensely appreciative and overwhelmed if every single one of you, as part of the #salutefam, would come visit us before we go underground for a while.
