Played around with some new acro poses today! Love this class and the girls so much!

Today the girls used plants and the singing bowls to gain awareness. They also played around on the ropes for a bit before relaxing into svasana and getting face massages. Love this group of girls

After goofing around for a bit we all gathered around a candle for a group meditation. I was so proud of the girls today and their ability to bring all of their awareness to one object and sit quietly side by side. We went around the circle and all of the girls said things that they love about themselves. Then we went around the circle again and we all said things that we love about the people in the circle. It was so lovely to see them all send love, acceptance, and affirmations to themselves and those around them. Self love is a wonderful practice Happy these girls are able to practice and understand it's importance at such a young age!

Played around with the singing bowls, and tried out some chanting today in the teen class. It's nice to have a small class every once in awhile
