We're leaving steak & eggs in the era of greasy diners, and kicking it new school with...wait for it...Scrambled Donair Eggs. That's right, the flavour of Donair for breakfast, or breakfast for dinner, is the way we roll, at home, in 2021. Pile on the arugula, bell peppers, red onions, and potatoes (or sweet potatoes) for something a little different. Give it a try and let us know what you think! Donair Scrambled Eggs Ingredients 1 large Yukon Gold potato or small sweet pota...to 1 bell pepper 2 tbsp chopped red onion, optional 2 tbsp Donair Seasoning, divided 8 eggs 1 tsp olive oil or butter 2 cups baby arugula or spinach 14 cup crumbled feta Toppings (optional): black olives Preparation Dice unpeeled potato. Coarsely chop pepper; place in Multipurpose Steamer. Add onion, if using, and stir in 1 tbsp seasoning. Cover; microwave on high 78 min or until potato is tender. Meanwhile, crack eggs into a large non-stick fry pan or skillet set over medium-high heat. Add remaining 1 tbsp seasoning and oil. Stir constantly (like a risotto) as eggs start to scramble. Reduce heat to medium if needed. Once eggs are almost set, remove from heat. Stir in cooked veggies, arugula, and feta. Spoon onto plates and add toppings, as desired. Perfectly Balance Your Plate Serve with 1 slice toast, 14 sliced avocado, and 1 cup cherry tomatoes.

They'll satisfy that takeout burger craving and you can pile on the veggies for extra bonus points! #BetterThanTakeout Lentil & Beef Burgers Ingredients 1 tbsp oil... 12 can (19 oz/540 ml) lentils, about 1 cup 14 cup drained julienned sun-dried tomatoes 12 lb (225 g) lean ground beef 1 egg 14 cup crumbled feta cheese, optional 1 pkg Classic Meatloaf Seasoning (Pack of 3) 4 burger buns Toppings (optional): zucchini ribbons, red onion, lettuce, sliced tomato Preparation In a fry pan, heat oil over medium heat. Meanwhile, drain and rinse lentils. Chop sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Place both in a bowl. Crumble in ground beef and add egg and feta, if using. Mix well; lentils will mash as you combine the ingredients. Form mixture into four patties. Pan fry patties until cooked through and edges are crispy, about 3 min per side. Tuck into buns and add toppings, if desired.
