To all of our Lovely Clients at The Hairloom Beauty Salon, We hope you are all doing well. Thankfully, I believe we have made it through the worst of the pandemic and we will move forward together. Here are a few things we want to let you all know as time draws near to opening day: - As of June 1st, we will be opening our books to take appointments. Message Samantha, Phalyn or Nikki on that day and any day after for all your self care needs ... - If all goes well and we enter into the next stage of reopening on June 8th, the salon will be in full swing on June 9th. - Because of the Pandemic and us trying to be as safe as possible for the time being, we will not be offering Facials or Eye Lash Extensions. Samantha will be setting up her Hair Station in the lash/facial room so we can be properly spaced to keep everyone safe. - When arriving for your appt with either of our stylists/nail tech, please wait in your car and one of us will come get you or call/text when it's your turn. - There may be times that we run late with a client, so please be patient. We will have back to back appointments and we also need to clean/sanitize everything for your safety in between. So, please have patience and bare with us! Our goal is to make this run as smoothly as possible. - One client per stylist in the salon at a time, which means no children or spouses/friends please. Certain exceptions may apply, please discuss with your stylist/nail tech when booking (if the child is the one with the appt, person with appointment needs assistance etc). - Hand Sanitizer will be available for your use upon arrival / entering salon. Please use it before you sit in our chairs. - Masks are not mandatory, but for your safety, we recommend you bring one to wear if you feel to do so. - If you are sick or have ANY symptoms of a cold or if you have been in contact with someone who was/ is sick, you will be required to reschedule. If you show up to your appt sick, your appt will be cancelled!! We know you all want your hair done, but we ask you to use common sense for everyone's protection. - If you have been outside the province or have been in contact with someone who has, you will be required to reschedule AFTER your 14 days isolation time is up! We know this time in our lives is a little different. These rules and regulations are not something we want to do, but we have to. Everyone is nervous, everyone needs a little pick me up and everyone needs their hair/nails done. But remember to be patient, please, and to respect us as we try everything in our power to respect you and get your appointments fitted in with your schedules. We can't wait to see you all! As of May 11th, we will be in stage 4 of the process to lift restrictions. If my understanding is correct, stage 4 has to be 28 days long with no problems which leads us to June 8th ish. Then if everything's okay with the government, we head into stage 3. Stage 3 is US! With no guaranteed date when stage 3 applies, I cannot let you know any details or take appointments quite yet.
