Mustard milled in Burgundy with Burgundy mustard seeds and Burgundy wine, this is an extra hot and delicious representation of the terroir around Dijon, France. I couldn't find it anywhere else in Canada, so I worked with Christel @douce.france to bring some in. If you haven't been to @douce.france yet in Toronto, do yourself a favour and have a visit. They have some of the most unique and delicious French products, chocolates, and pastries. Right now the mustard is in the back of my car.
