Every single time the universe throws a curve ball I am once again reminded that goal setting is the single most important thing I can do for myself to ensure I don’t get lost in all of the smoke. I can get lost in the bigger picture when I need to remind myself break it all down into bite size pieces... (note to self: go for that run). Keeping the company of amazing friends and family has been the foundation in which I was able to stay afloat this year (not only do I have t...he most amazing sister in the world, I also have the best business partner I could ever ask for). And this 100% includes the Sand & Case Family. The friendships I have made with you all is what makes going into work not just ‘doing hair’. Your support through all of this has been the reason I’ve been able to keep my chin up. And I love learning about your families, how your kids are doing, and I am constantly inspired how you fit your life into the same 24 hours...all the while, I’m also taking mental notes and not taking any of our conversations for granted. This year was unlike any other. I wanted to share a couple things I’ve learned over this past year, because we all know there was a lot of time for some self reflection. Authenticity, integrity, and credibility became strong values in the relationships I truly cared for. It made me realize I couldn’t have picked a better business partner than Alexis (and honestly not sure if I could work with anyone else) to go through this process with. We have both grown so much over the la...st 2 years and I can’t wait to see where the future takes us. There were times when I wasn’t sure if what I was doing had meaning. It was coming back from our initial lockdown and hearing everyone’s stories, while receiving so many kind words of encouragement, that I realized how interwoven our community is. I want thank everyone for making us a part of your lives, because as we all know - it’s more than ‘just hair’, and maybe very little of it has to do with hair. Going forward, I’m hoping we’ll have all learned a little something from this previous year to make positive changes in 2021.

Hey folks This holiday season has been so different from years past. A little slower, a little quieter, and with smaller celebrations.
