Hi Ladies, Sadly, nothing has changed in the forecast and we had to make decisions tonight for staffing. Therefore there will be no golf today BUT a fun windup and lunch will still happen! We will be having a lovely lunch served at 1 pm in the gazebo for all players and substitutes listed.... Please check in at 12:45 in the gazebo for raffle tickets and goodie bags. There will be gifts for all, Flight prizes, raffle draws and 50/50. Rainchecks for 18 holes will be issued. I look forward to seeing everyone Thanks, Chantelle

Hi Everyone, Here's the email you've all been waiting for.....information about this years wind up to close out the 2018 season. Date: Saturday, September 15th... Registration Time: 7:45 to 8:15 am Shotgun Start Time: 8:30am Format: 18 holes w/power cart, best ball tournament Please have ONLY 1 PERSON from each team email the number of team members attending. If you are substituting someone please provide their name so we can update the roster for the tournament. **ALSO - please make sure all score cards from the season have been turned in by this Friday so flights and prizes for year end can be calculated. Please bring to registration: A new golf ball to be entered into the reverse golf ball draw $10.00 per team to join in the string game to eliminate a few strokes At registration you will be provided with the following: Information with respect to the flights, proximities and start information A breakfast bag containing a muffin, fruit, juice box and water (there will be coffee available as well) A goody bag String, scissors and instructions if your team chooses to take part in the string game Each team will also receive a pink ball with instructions on how it is to be played. There will be a lunch banquet and prizes following the tournament, as well as our last 50/50. We expect to wrap up around 3:30pm. ***IMPORTANT**** We will have a "suggestion box" at the wind up tournament as well. If anyone has any helpful ideas/suggestions to increase our membership next year they are welcome to share them anonymously. We would love to hear from the ladies who are currently a part of the league as it would be of great benefit to us all if we could increase our numbers for next year. Hello Ladies!!!! Lots of info for the email, getting close to the end of the season. First let's get to last weeks winners. HOLE# 2 - Closest to the 150 marker: Debbie Jonas... HOLE #4 - On the green in one: Ute Stroud HOLE #7 - Out of the beach in One: Karen Westcott 50/50 was $33.00: Shawna Thornton This weeks proximity holes are: HOLE #11 - 2 putts HOLE #13 - on the green in one LEFT OF THE PIN HOLE #18 - longest putt For Wednesday September 5th play we will be having a shot gun start at 5:45pm as it is starting to get dark out for the later tee times. We will send out an email before the date letting everyone know what holes they will start on. The executives are meeting this week to finalize the details for the year end tournament on September 15th and an email will go out following the meeting. Please let us know if you cannot attend the tournament and if someone will be taking your place so we can make the necessary adjustments.
