COVID-19 AND THE REAL ESTATE MARKET, APRIL 1 2020 No one can begin to know the long-term effects of Covid-19 and the real estate market. It is a complete anomaly and accurately predicting the market would pose significant challenges to say the least! However, as a local realtor with almost 30 years experience, I can attempt to give you my best educated guess on what may happen, plus provide statistical and other market news.
