Quickles anyone? Last night I made some quick pickles. If you know me you know I make big batches of pickles every year. Epicure makes it easy to make small batches of pickles. I made 5 kinds at one time by making 2 batches of Quickles liquid. I made different flavours by adding additional spice blends. Today they are ready to eat. Yum!
