Dear Tenant(s), We understand how stressful things are right now as we enter into a state of an emergency. We as a company are taking measures to protect our tenants and staff wherever possible. Please note that the Sandstone Management office will be closed for at least 2 weeks as of 4:00 pm on Thursday January 13th 2021. However, 1 designated staff person will be working from the office Monday to Friday from 9:00 am 4:00 pm to respond to voicemail messages and address t...enant inquiries. Please contact us at [email protected], in regards to making rental payments via e-transfer. This will ensure the safety of our tenants and staff. Call 705-567-5031 for more information on rent payments and maintenance issues. In the event of an emergency outside of office hours (no electricity, heat or hot water, broken pipe etc.) you can call our emergency line at 1-877-417-1155. All tenants will be screened with a COVID-Questionaire prior to maintenence attending "urgent" repairs. All repairs that are not deemed 'urgent' will be documented but not addressed at this time. This is for the health and safety of both our tenants and our staff. We will continue to do snow removal as necessary so that you can safely leave your homes for groceries, medications etc. In order to receive the most up to date information, please ensure we have your most up to date contact information. We will update tenants via text and email (as long as we have your cell number or email address). You can also view our FB Page as we will be posting updates as things change. Christmas is a time to count your blessings. Like the fact you dont live in a gingerbread house!! Merry Christmas and a happy healthy new years from the Sandstone Management staff.... We will be available through the holidays for any emergencies. Our office will be closed from December 24th - December 31st. The office will be open on Thursday the 31st to collect Rent.
