Hi everyone, Due to the COVID pandemic, I plan to sell some of my sea glass jewelry at a reduced cost to my customers. I often use seed pearls and glass pieces or Swarovski crystals with my sea glass. These pendants use drilled pieces of sea glass There will be two posts with pics of the pendants. This is the second post and you can combine pieces from the first post. They are $25.00 for one and $20.00 each for two or more. This is the lowest price that I have ever sold my je...welry for, especially the red sea glass. Each pendant comes with a sterling silver chain. When ordering please send me a message and add the number and title of the pendant. You may arrange to pick up from my home using COVID protocols of social distancing and wearing a mask. I can mail out the jewelry in a bubble envelope. The postage will cost $3.00 for one item and an extra $1. for each additional item. I can also arrange to deliver your parcel if you live in the Sheet Harbour area. If I mail an item you can pay by etransfer or cheque. This Piliated woodpecker is one of our larger birds found in Nova Scotia. This fellow landed on my deck railing and I was able to take a pic before he flew away.

Hi everyone, I am very appreciative of the support and comments that my Facebook friends have given me over the last couple of years. So due to COVID restrictions we won’t be attending any Christmas markets this year. What I plan to do is sell prints of some of my paintings at a reduced cost. The paintings will be attached to this post and to a second post. There are 21 in total. The size is an 8x10 image. You will need to buy your own frame. This is a standard size that fit...s into an 11x14 frame. Costco, Michaels and other department stores would carry these frames. Three of my paintings were chosen for this exhibition. Contemporary Art Gallery Online is proud to announce their 7th Annual ALL Animal Online Art Competition for 2020. Contemporary Art Gallery Online encourages entries from all 2D and 3D artists regardless of their experience, education in the art field or where they may reside. This is an international competition and everyone is encouraged to participate. Mane Gallery is pleased to present its 2nd Annual Fins, Feathers & Fur International Online Juried Art Exhibition. Animals have been a source of inspiration for many artists. From art about rural life and growth, to myths and legends, animals are used in art in many different ways. Art can help us explore our relationship to wildlife and can help us think about how we care for animals and the environment. For this competition, we looked for not only technique with medium, but how well the artist captured the essence and spirit of the subject. Each of our themed exhibitions, awards for First, Second and Third Place. The First Place winner for the Fins, Feathers & Fur show is Sandy Moser for her acrylic painting, I’m Looking At You. Sandy’s interpretation of the theme as well as the composition of the owl are outstanding. Her use of the medium is outstanding, and it as if you can feel the fuzz of the feathers. Sandy is also the Featured Artist for the next four weeks. Taking Second Place is Patricia Gauss for her colored pencil, Roxanne. Patricia’s command of the medium she used to depict an almost aloof lizard are what draw the viewer in. And, Third Place goes to Maggie Steinhilper for her encaustic, Peek A Boo. Maggie’s treatment of the subject are what made her work stand apart. It as if we can look right into the owl’s eyes. Honorable Mention awards were given as well. Animals Art Exhibition August 2020 The gallery’s competition for July 2020 was the 10th Annual Animals Online Art Competition. 2D and 3D, artists, (including photography & digital art) from around the world, were called upon to make online submissions for possible inclusion in to the Gallery’s August 2020 online group art exhibition. Artists were asked for their interpretation of the Animals theme by submitting their best abstract or representational art for this comp...etition. The submission process and competition for the artists began in June 2020 and concluded on July 27, 2020. The gallery received 1,040 entries from 32 different countries from around the world, as well as from 38 different states and the District of Columbia. The exhibition has been divided into three media categories. Painting & Other Media, Photography & Digital and 3 Dimensional Art categories. In addition, there is an overall Winning Artists Category, which is the best of the best and consists of the ten (10) best entries comprised from all the media categories. The gallery also included Special Merit awards and Special Recognition awards for outstanding art. Many of the artists in either of these groups could have easily been included in the upper tier of our winners, as their art was also exceptional. I won two awards in this competition. Light, Space & Time 10th Anniversary Art Exhibition 2020 In celebration of Light Space & Time’s 10th Anniversary, the gallery held a special 10th Anniversary online art competition. This art competition asked artists to enter up to 10 images of their artworks and the gallery would select 10 overall winning artists. The gallery received 2,129 entries from 34 different countries from around the world, as well as from 4...1 different states and the District of Columbia. The exhibition has been divided into three media categories. Painting & Other Media, Photography & Digital and 3 Dimensional Art categories. The gallery selected the top 10 winning artists and artwork in each category. INTERNATIONAL ART COMPETITION ANIMALS Our third Art competition Animals started in June 2020 and concluded on July 02, 2020. Art Room Gallery received entries from many countries around the world: USA, Germany, Canada, Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, China, Slovakia, Poland, Oman, Nigeria, Ireland and Cyprus. The Animals theme in this competition included a diversity in types, styles and mediums (oil on canvas, acrylic, photography, mixed media, digital, graphite, charcoal, pastel, colored pencil and monoprint). The following evaluation criteria has been used for judging the artwork: creativity, interpretation of the theme, originality and quality of art, overall design, demonstration of artistic ability, and usage of medium. Jury decided to select 64 artworks for inclusion in the exhibition. Aside from First, Second, and Third place Jury also presented Merit awards and Honorable Mention awards. Babies on Board
