Which version do you prefer???

Sunset at Hullett Provincial Wildlife Area. Went to photograph birds but came up with this instead.

I saw a flutter in the distance and when I looked through my lens realized that it was the elusive Blue Heron that I had been trying get a closer photo of. I did a Multiplicity Photo with my shots. You can see it better by clicking on it.

They are such amazing birds!!!

Something a little different. Can you guess what the original photo was?

Favourite Shot of the Day. My guess is a Common Green Darner but the wings are etched in black and the pics that I saw had more golden wings. Does anyone know what it is for sure??? Loving my new closeup lens. I kept inching closer and closer. Are those eggs hanging off the back? So much to learn. This looks much better when you click on it to see it full screen.

I was looking for baby Grebes but ended up finding this beauty instead. It will be printed on a 5x7 card and on a resined tile for sure but will be available in any size. I have checked out some butterfly sites and it looks like the Red-Spotted Purple (they question why it is called purple when it is really black) or the White Admiral. Any butterfly experts out there?

I tried something a bit different with these. Silhouettes make Bird ID even more challenging but you birders will know what they are. I saw them in real life light so I do know ... but feel free to guess and I will disclose the answer later. I need a Title, Word or Verse for these ones too.

Went out looking for the Baby Grebes and came back with a Dragonfly pic. I just have to say that after zooming in on their heads it is a good thing that they have lovely wings because their faces are NOT something that would win a mate. LOL I will be making this into a card so I am looking for a title for this so feel free to suggest either a title, a word or a verse.

I decided to combine 3 of my images of this Tree Swallow to make this triptych. I am not sure if this will be the final outcome but when I do get the feeling that it is finished it will end up being a card for sure and possible a print. I have some old barn board that i want to mount photos on so this may be one of them.

I enjoyed my trek through the bush today looking for these beauties. I will be printing a series of my shots today so feel free to suggest a title, verse or even one word that comes to mind. Thanks!
