Sarah eventually went on to work ...in Barrie but, being a true Georgian Bay girl at heart, she returned to North Simcoe to start the Sans Souci Tart Co., using the original recipe passed down through generations. Sarah has seen her side-business explode through the strong connections, support and mentorship of the local business community.
