New Pale Ale! The Sans-Patron is our self-management values in a bottle. An American Pale Ale in which we put a 'touski' of hops, the perfect occasion to (re)make a wink to our comrades of the now defunct Coop Touski. ... It's an ode to organizing ourselves so that things change in the right direction, for the good of the communities. It's a tribute to all the current initiatives that are empowering us: the various Indigenous battles for the protection of the land, the negotiation of nurses for better working conditions, Black Lives Matter, the cooperatives that are multiplying... we could name hundreds, thousands of them.
