If you’ve ever assumed that feeling constantly overwhelmed at work was just the cost of doing business, we see you If you've ever felt like your exhaustion was just a sign that you weren't hustling hard enough, we see you If you've ever felt like that exhaustion was also a badge of honor, we see you ... What if everything is perfect? What if everything that's happening to you is for your benefit? What if it's exactly what you need in order to become who you're meant to become?... What if the world is working for you, gifting you the challenges you need to grow stronger and more resilient? Gifting you the discomfort you need to develop new skills and expand your capacity? What if the loss you experienced is exactly what you needed to develop the perspective you have? What if? What would be possible if that was true? #growyourbusiness #digitalsolutions #leadgeneration

How To Help You Outsource Faster, Better & More Efficiently The importance of outsourcing and why you shouldn’t give up just because it doesn’t work the first time. I’d like to help you recognize some of the stumbling blocks and some of the solutions that work.... Today I will share Tip 1 Most of the time the reason your outsourced project doesn’t work well is because you hired the wrong person (in other words, the first person you come across.) If, in your excitement, you hire the first person you find, chances are you have hired the wrong person for the job. You need to hire slow and fire fast. What this means is you need to take the time to fill the position. You’re hopefully going to be using this person more than once, or bringing them on part-time or full-time, so make sure they are a good fit before giving them work

How do you build the best audiences for Facebook Ads? This question gets asked all the time by businesses. Do you build interest based audiences and how big should they be and how do I research them? Buckle up! Let’s dive in.... Strongest audiences to use Always your own audiences. Your FB and IG engagement, your email list, your longest video views etc. When you’re looking to get some social proof behind your ads before you run them to cold, this is the audience you use. Build them all out in custom audiences with different time frames eg 10 days, 20 days, 30 days etc. Lookalike audiences. We love a good lookalike audience (or LAL for short). For those who aren’t sure what this is: In audiences you can request that Facebook creates a cold audience based on any of your custom audiences. The trick here is to create your LAL audience from a very strong seed audience. Such as the email addresses of your recent Boot Camp, webinar or challenge. Note-you can’t create a LAL audience from a small subscriber list. Facebook recommends at least 1,000! Interest based audiences These are the most popular to create for cold audiences, but can be the most tricky to get right. My best advice is to be strategic when building these and put your audience interests in a buckets. Bulk your interests together in separate buckets rather than putting them all and the kitchen sink together. Example; 1 the big gurus your avatar would follow 2 the blogs/magazines/books they may read 3 the software they may use 4 their outside interests narrowed with entrepreneurship or Facebook page admin You can also use Audience Insights which is in Facebook Ads Manager to give you inspiration for new interests too. As for size....it really does matter Big cold audiences work really well and have been working well for some months now. So aim for them. Audience building is such a big subject but hopefully this given you inspiration to get started the right way! Got more audience based questions Add them below
