Every morning, I try to wake up before my kidlets and take some time to read by bible and do my devotions. On beautiful rainy days like today, it’s easy to be reflective and I sometimes feel overwhelmed with gratitude for the life God has given me. He is the real reason I do what I do to live a life on purpose and passionate is all I could ask for! Who are you grateful for?

How did this happen?? How is it that my baby boy has graduated kindergarten?! He was so handsome in his cap and gown. He got the award for most gentlemanly behavior. I am so immensely proud of my little man.

This morning 2 years ago I was very large, very overdue and waiting for a little bundle to arrive. . Ryan had been working 6hrs away and JUST got home that morning for his days off. We had prayed that the baby wouldn’t come while he was at work. . We took the girls to school, went to a park, took a long walk. Then like anyone does at 42 weeks pregnant went to our church and stacked/moved about 600 chairs. ... . Ok... maybe no one does that. But it worked, my contractions began an hour later and that evening we welcomed our 5th miracle. . Our family was made complete when she came into our lives. This post is coming late in the day because it was just so busy. So get ready for all the sap! . I love this man. He is my perfect match. He keeps me from being too serious, and I make sure he doesn’t forget anything. . It is this man who gave me 5 amazing children and is a fantastic father to them. ... . He is the one who pushes me forward, tells me if I’m being ridiculous, but encourages me to pursue the impossible. . He is a hard worker, a faithful friend, a steadfast leader, a caring husband, a patient father. . There is no one I would rather do life with. . Happy birthday babe. Everyone loves a long weekend, especially Lily!! I love the slower pace, the time with my fam... later today we are gonna celebrate my hubby. (I’ll brag about him in my next post) What are your plans for the holiday Monday?
