SCCO wishes our Canadian friends and family a happy remembrance day. Today we reflect on the sacrifices of those before us, and honour the memory of those we lost. Our celebrations may look different this year but our love and appreciation remains.

SCCO is announcing the postponement of our upcoming HIIT class. Our event originally scheduled for Saturday, October 17th at 2:00pm will be postponed until sometime in November. We have exciting news to share! Our 2020 Virtual picnic is far from over. We have more fun events coming your way. Our get movin' weekend is October 17th and 18th. An event will be held both days at 2:00pm. On Saturday October 17th there will be a virtual HIIT class. On October 18th a zoomba class will be held.
