Hun, if you've been on the hamster wheel doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results and not achieving them, then it is time to make a change. I've been where you are and I know this feeling all too well. The things that have made the biggest difference to the 3 MAJOR areas of my life are: 1. Feeling depressed and trying to work on my closet full of shit BY MYSELF - was NOT working. I got through a lot but I hit a wall and I needed help. GOT A THERAPIST. I paid someone to listen to my thoughts and feelings and gained an outsiders perspective. BY FAR THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE. 2. I was lost in business. I am a movement specialist, not a social media influencer, business guru or strategy whiz. INVESTED IN A BUSINESS COACH. This was a HUGE financial, and time investment that I didn't think I was ready for, but it made a WORLD of difference to how I treated myself and my business. The investment was totally worth it! 3. I hit a plateau in my training and had big goals I was unable to hit on my own. I am NOT an olympic lifting coach, so I couldn't see where my issues were. INVESTED IN A COACH. This was a game changer. In 3 months I have drastically improved my performance, endurance and speed. Investing in yourself can be scary AF because your ego either tells you you can do it alone OR that you don't deserve it. But hun, you DO DESERVE IT. You are allowed to feel confident, capable, strong and empowered. SO OWN IT! Invest the money, time and energy into yourself and the ROI will return to you 10 fold. Self-investment is crucial for your growth and makes the biggest difference. Once you can invest into yourself (your most important commodity) then you are able to receive, to change, evolve and grow. And hun, that feels like magic.
