Well hello there old friends! It's finally time to peek out of my turtle shell. Not fully, this is just a peek. A few changes here. I am super sober and have shed off the excess weight of alcohol in many ways. Believe it or not I now make my own pizza as opposed to ordering daily. What's that all about? Slight change of hair also... it's now awesome... Avoiding social life and social media began as an attempt to avoid the drink. It turned into a downright anxiety go figure. Still in that headspace but this is me, peeking out. Sorry to all the amazing people in my life for my lack of communication. These little turtle legs are moving slowly but the important part is that they are moving slowly towards a better me. Haha I love my cheesiness! Thanks for your patience everyone ;) Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Thoroughly enjoyed playing last night at Fitzray's Indie Wednesday :) It's great to get back on stage!
