Sales Stats for January 2020 Despite the huge jump in inventory for downtown condos, we saw fewer sales than in December. This is most likely due to Sellers asking very high prices and Buyers feeling overwhelmed. Almost the opposite for the detached homes in the Leslieville/Riverdale neighbourhoods. Less than a third of the sales we had in December despite 400% more new inventory.

Written by another Realtor in Ontario. These discount, pay-per-service level brokerages are doing such a disservice to their *clients". So much money left on the table, no guidance, no direction, no advice. The worst part is that the client doesn't even realize how much more they could have net if they just used an experienced professional. Might as well sell completely privately, you'll have the same crappy experience.

December was a slow month for Toronto real estate with a lack of inventory being the usual catalyst for steadily increasing prices.
