The new normal If you are newly expecting please reach out sooner than later as I take on limited clients to ensure everyone’s safety. Gloves and masks are our new normal as well as safety checklists you will have to sign off on prior to our in studio visit. Just wanted to say an amazing thank you to my clients who bosses themselves through the pandemic during pregnancy... and labour. Your babies will never understand the extra courage you needed during their entrance into the world. I love seeing your pictures in my email of how big and amazing everyone’s doing. To those who checked on me I see you. You are cherished and I’m proud to of met you through my art. Making forever friends. I’m still here just had to make it safe again and to better game plan moving forward. To my new clients- I can’t wait to meet you

Lets talk about newborn experience and pricing shall we: I take a lot of pride in my newborn sessions. How I approach them, how I prepare for them as well as chatting with you; the nervous new mother. Wether we chat throughout your pregnancy or just a last minute booking. Im here for you and I want you to express your opinions whatever it may be about. I want to include things into your session thats about you. If youre craving pineapples- we can include those. Everything... has a meaning. Right down to the colours in your home so we can match things accordingly. Theres this stigma out there that I just take pictures. And its way more than you can ever imagine. So when I get an inquiry we discuss pricing and Im told Im too expensive. I understand but at the same time I dont. Things you may also not know about my newborns sessions is you literally do not have to bring a thing. Well you have to bring your baby but that is absolutely it. I have dresses, I have wraps, I have blankets, I have furs, buckets, plants, florals. You name it. I have it. Ive created a space to come relax while you have your session. To feed your new precious little human in comfort. With no judgment. I get taken back every few weeks when more than one person expresses their concerns over my pricing. And Ill be the first to admit its hard to hear. That not only is my time to you not worth it but my experience and my images are all of a sudden not worth it to you. Remember this is an art,my art and art is objective and not everyone has to like you. But chose your words while declining something you sought out merely out of curiosity? because we all have feelings. And I feel that Im worth it! See more

Ive been designing my indoor space for a few months now. It changes daily with my mood my goals are to be extra cozy- where you can relax as if youre at home. I have a love for light, textures and plants. I still have a wall Im working on to perfect this area for you. But in the mean time Im becoming quite proud of what Ive created for you. Id love to be able to share my area in the future with other creatives as a meeting place to push our boundaries and keep growing t...ogether. Im a firm believer in we need an army to do our jobs to the highest of our potential. However Theres always that other side of things where you dont want to share because people see what youre doing and try and offer the same. Im working on being okay with it all even if it stings a bit. I want to see what you see in my space that I might not see. We can grow together I know it. Just need the balance of community over competition. I will find the balance - in do time . See more
